Congratulations Card with Little Elephant & Neutrals DSP from Stampin' Up!

I'm really enjoying spending time in my craft room at the moment, it's in the attic with a lovely big velux window and a view over the fields. I get the benefit of the gorgeous sunshine as well as a cooling breeze through the window while I'm creating - what more could you ask for?

I went with a similar theme to my last card, using a cut out circle over patterned paper, but I moved the circle to the bottom right corner, and used two layers of patterned paper from the Neutrals DSP pack. I stamped and punched the larger of the two elephants from the Little Elephant stamp set, and stamped and fussy cut two lots of the flowers. I don't know what's going on with me at the moment, I'm really not a fan of fussy cutting, yet I seem to be doing loads of it at the moment! Some of the new stamps just shout to be cut out :)

I tried several different ways to finish off the card, it just felt like it needed something above the circle, and when I scattered the sequins I knew I'd found a winner! I love the way it looks like the elephant is blowing bubbles!

Supply List: Little Elephant Stamp Set & Elephant Builder Punch; Neutrals Designer Series Paper; Classic Label Punch; Highland Heather, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo & Memento Black inks; Metallics Sequin Assortment.

July is a brilliant month for Stampin' Up! promotions. If you're a fan of patterned paper this is the month to stock up on your favourites, as SU! are running a buy 3 get 1 free on selected Designer Series Papers. Plus, if you've ever considered joining the SU! team this would definitely be the time to do it, as you'll get a free Ink Pad collection of your choice included in your Starter Kit. That's 10 ink pads absolutely free! If you'd like more information about becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, either as a hobby or as a business, please do get in touch, I'd love to have you on my team!

There are more details about these promotions, and an exclusive project using Varied Vases in my newsletter, which you can subscribe to at the bottom of this post. Or if you're on Facebook, why not join the Scrapping Mojo Designs Group?
